WPM Welcomes Eva Mar Homeowners Association in Harford County to its Association Management Portfolio
WPM announced today that it has taken over management of the Eva Mar Homeowners Association in Bel Air, Maryland, effective May 1, 2024. The community was established in 2017 and includes 144 single family homes each built on sites averaging between a quarter and a third of an acre.
“We’re excited to be expanding our geographic footprint into Harford County,” says Staci M. Gelfound, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, President of WPM Association Real Estate. “Eva Mar is a natural fit for WPM, as we share a strong commitment to communication and transparency. We look forward to working with the Board to advise and oversee community operations, ensuring Eva Mar continues to be a great place to live.”
The Eva Mar community is located off of Rt. 543 (S. Fountain Green Road) just 10 minutes off I-95, making it convenient for travel to Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Wilmington, DE. It includes plenty of open areas and green spaces, as well as walking paths throughout the community. The community is also in close proximity to local retail, grocery stores and pharmacies, as well as the Bel Air Athletic Club, The Arena Club, Maryland Golf & Country Club, and downtown Bel Air.
